摘要：Inertial methods are popular and powerful to accelerate various optimization algorithms.
In this talk, we give some new convergence results on zero points of maximally monotone operators via two-step inertial proximal point algorithms. Strong convergence of the two-step inertial proximal point algorithms is obtained in the framework of Hilbert spaces. Applications and numerical examples are provided to support our convergence results.
报告人简介：Yekini Shehu，德国洪堡学者。2013年获African University of Science & Technology大学博士学位。曾在德国和奥地利做博士后研究。2021年起入职浙江师范大学。主要从事变分不等式，均衡问题的研究。在本领域知名期刊J. Sci. Computing, Appl. Numer. Math., Numer. Algorithms等共发表SCI论文一百余篇，所得工作受到了国际同行的广泛关注，所得结果他引一千余次，其中高被引论文五篇，并担任《Fixed Point Theory》等SCI期刊编委，美国数学评论评论员，德国数学文摘评论员，并主持了包括洪堡基金在内的多项自然科研基金项目。
